UFC 107: Penn vs. Sanchez will be shown live on pay-per-view on Dec. 12 from the FedEX Forum in Memphis, Tenn. The UFC decided on Memphis for UFC 107 due to the fact it is the hometown of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, who was scheduled to fight Rashad Evans at the event. As we all know, Jackson pulled out of the fight, and the UFC all together, to pursue his acting career. Hopefully he'll be back...until then,
